Qualifications Requirements

For Multi-Unit Franchisees

We are seeking franchisees who individually or collectively meet the follow criteria:

  • $1.5M net worth, $750K liquid assets
  • Previous multi-unit restaurant experience
  • Committed to executing to brand standards and offering genuine hospitality

For Single-Unit Franchisees

  • $500K net worth, $250K liquid assets
  • Experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail a plus
  • Committed to executing to brand standards and offering genuine hospitality

Investment Details

McAlister’s Deli is seeking multi-unit operators to develop a minimum of three units.  The franchise fee is $30,000 for each unit for multi-unit agreements. For single-unit franchisees, the franchise fee is $35,000.  Depending on the real estate site selected, the total cost of investment varies.
